Anybody else think this kids ability doesn't add up to his offer list?

I haven't been as caught up in recruiting as I once was, but I heard about this kid in the news and he looks pretty damn good to me. Noticed he hasn't done any interviews in a year after he had a serious leg injury. He scored 4 TD's this past weekend against a pretty good team, so I'm guessing he's back and healthy.
