The 4 liberal justices are always in lockstep on major cases but not so with "conservative" justices. Can count on Allito and Thomas but Roberts is the new Kennedy. Too early to tell on Gorsuch and Kavanaugh. Any guesses?

Roberts And Kavanaugh both asked questions leading to belief they would allow citizenship question
I don't understand why this is even an issue. Our country cannot ask someone if they're a citizen??? You can't make this $hit up.

It doesn’t surprise me that Ruth Buzzie Ginsberg and SotOscarMayer is sitting all the way at the far end left every vote. And Kegels doesn’t have an ounce of independent juris prudence and just votes with the girls
But Breyer always being lock step with them surprises me. I thought some of these issues they’ve decided have been so clear cut constitutionally as he would actually have the cojones to make a decision based upon case merits, not lefty group-think...... but obviously not
