Don't know if it means anything, but FWIW, Anna Hickey Clemson Recruiting Analyst / Insider now predicting Xzavier Henderson to Florida Gators - 62%; Clemson Tigers - 38%

Who Knows ? Would be great if he chose Florida; but the mind of an 18 yr old is a fickle thing. He is supposed to announce at UA All-Star game. Guess we will all know then !

Even scholarship restrictions didn't bother him one bit. You have heard of the story about when the NCAA came calling to watch the Alabama gymnastics meet and the school had to march out a team of offensive linemen who had never done a single gymnastics event in their lives, but by rule, they were on scholarship at the school for gymnastics, not football. The NCAA was not impressed. There's a reason they say that 75% of the current rulebook was written in response to Bear Bryant.

Inclined to go with Paco; too close to call; had never heard of Anna Hickey before. She is credited with an 88% accuracy for ESD but Who Really Knows ?

Would be great if he chose Florida; but the mind of an 18 yr old is a fickle thing.

Maybe the Orange Bowl Game in his backyard had something to do with it. Our WRs played well; Trask - not his best - but a decent game, OL & Perrine showed up, good things for next year !

IMO, the Org Bwl a really good game; Virginia never quit, they were in position to tie / win game at the end of regulation; UF had to stay focused to win game; and they did.

Saturday may bring us several announcements; I'm hoping for a great new year.

Watching the CBs on 247, for me I watch "who" is moving their opinion...not the % as much. Guys like Wiltford and the UF insider writers are almost never wrong.

When those guys say someone has committed it's a better quality CB.

I hope you're right; had never looked into insiders / experts predictions before, so I am basically ignorant.

Ran across the info & threw it up on the Board to get opinions of other more knowledgeable posters.

Hopefully, Saturday will tell the tale.

Have you looked at the Rivals 100, it's like half of the top 50 are going to Clemson.......and they taking most of the top end Florida kids......geez.....Dabo has that special sauce

Hopefully it happens, we will know soon, but with the Grimes news, and knowing we have Pitts, Copeland (expecting a breakout year from him), maybe Toney, the freshmen from last year and add X, along with Manuel if he can qualify and we can be real good with health.
Now we just need someone to step up behind Pitts, probably, Zipperer

Clemson, in CFP every year; 2 NC in last 3 years - with a chance for a 3rd CFP NC

Clemson has already signed 8 out of top 59 - DAMN !

Well, Dan Mullen & Gators 21-5 last 2 years & getting better at recruiting.

We'll see what announcements are made Saturday at All-Star games & how NSD plays out.
