Senator Tim Scott is proof that we do not need the judicial oversight anymore and the sooner we jettison it the sooner morons like Clyburn, Waters and Hank "Guam tipping over" Johnson are gone.
Need to gerrymander them out of a job and start running people like Candace Owens to make further inroads into the black community not to mention upgrade the IQ in the House.
