I would say that is a joke - MUST be a joke - however, I know for a fact that years ago in Quincy (Gadsden County), the phone company was privately owned.

The phone book in Quincy had a listing for how to contact them for customer service, etc. - it was in the book under fone company - not making that up.

Central Ave NE DC is where RFK Stadium sits. A road that runs parallel

that splits off Central Ave as you approach the DC - Maryland boundry has some commercial buldings. One of them is an HVAC Company that on their sign says "Custom Duck Work"

You can take your Mallard there I suppose and get a make over or a customized new color or perhaps some pin stripes?
