Sad, you better hope Dominion has their shit together in this because they just picked a fight with a former judge and attorney, let alone Rudy, Wood and Powell. I’m not sure how this all plays out but whether Dominion knows this or not, they just opened a door they won’t be able to close and could be pretty devastating for their company.
My guess? Once discovery begins, we'll never hear a peep about this in the media. It will go quietly into the night and forgotten. Lawyers will get paid, and NDAs signed. The good news is that Dominion and Smartmatic are lepers in conservative and swing state strongholds. They'll have to find other banana republics to hock their wares to.
You must also know that just because the Supreme Court decided that they didn’t want to hear a case (or be involved at all - I feel they are scared of the cancel culture coming for them) or Democratic judges dismissed cases without even reviewing any evidence or even allowing Trump’s lawyers to present any evidence, DOES NOT MEAN that it doesn’t exist. There are hundreds of Affidavits stating fraud. And still no explanation of why these statements violated the Constitution and changed voting laws.
Won’t matter. The judges that hear this won’t give the defendants any quarter, if they have federal appointments within their desires

Why would they hear a case on fraud when Giuliani's team, the accusers, say to the court that there's no fraud (but then turns around and say there is fraud as soon as they're no longer under oath?)

Judging by your interactions with the Libs on this board, would you trust that the election was rigged if a few thousand libs signed affidavits claiming election fraud after 2016? Would you trust an affidavit signed by say sadgator or BCS alleging election fraud in Trump's 2016 victory?

If someone made what you believe to be false statements and ruined your business as a consequence, are you gonna do something "just for show" or try to get adequate compensation? Yes, it'll move slowly, but billions are at stake here and it WILL reach a conclusion.
My guess is that larger corporations like FoxNews, perhaps even OAN, Newsmax, and such will have the money to settle, but the smaller fries like Powell and Giuliani will get bankrupted.

You’re missing the main point. State reps are still dumb asses and Dominion will promise hope and change to get contracts, which state reps will award them. It’s a vicious cycle and a key issue that needs to be fixed for future elections. Unfortunately, the party in power doesn’t want to fix the issue and wants to take it the other direction opening the door for more Election Day bullshit. I’m not sure how much longer our republic is going to last with more piss poor policies and decisions from both sides.

If you are talking about only about 8 states, then "massive" might not be the term you describe.
It happened bigly in those states though. Look at it like this: Imagine an election where it was decided by popular vote, not electoral votes. No one would bother to campaign anywhere but population centers. The steal was confined to swing states, and even then it was razor thin. They simply kept counting fraudulent votes there until they had enough. The groundwork was laid with mail voting, the states who did not lock down potential fraud got forked. Look no further than Florida, the vote was in and counted by the end of the night. How did that turn out?

Dumb is using rally attendance as an indicator of overall popularity across a nation of over 300 million. Trump is enormously popular, literally a messianic figure, among a minority of Americans. Outside of that bubble, he is despised.
I will admit that Trump clearly demonstrated how effective big rallies and spectacles are at convincing dummies that most people support him. He also proved that Americans are no different than Germans were in this respect.
