Coach Spurrier used to say "god smiled on the Gators, again". I'm not quite sure how this worked out today other than I loved a win with Kitten being on the other sideline. We got out schemed and yet a young buck QB and a tenacious D line gave us a win. If God really loves the Gators he will give us a new offensive coordinator next year, regardless of Slingblade status.
See post 101 and 102. ( I think). Slingblade won in spite of some really boneheaded BS. That normally doesn't wear well in the SEC, and we've seen the carnage of that BS not working out.
I think if memory serves that the defense was not looking at the offense and was about to be burned if the timeout wasn’t called. I’ll have to watch the replay to be sure.
