But times change and India has replaced China in some areas of manufacturing

They are at least democratic even though Modi and his party are a bit on the militant Hindu side.

Hope is for the future. A future not dominated by a communist country armed to the teeth with 1.4B people.

That was in 2008. Out of courtesy we allow them to participate in our east Asian partner force training and the Royal Thai and ROK forces run rings around them.

And theyre a socialist democracy. Would I prefer they made the soc chips instead of China? Sure but they do as much business with China as we do.

They serve as an adequate buffer against Muslim shenanigans in Pakistan, but they have a hard time dealing with Sri Lankan Separatists.

If they didn't have nukes they'd be part of Pakistan.

When those terrorists seized a hotel and the university, they let DevGru rescue foreign nationals caught in the conflict. Indian forces were told to stand down and cooperate.

Meh, we were baited into Ukraine. The dollar is getting crushed as a consequence of that, amongst other things. They took us from within. Yes, past tense.

The pieces of the puzzle are on the table, folks just need to spend some time completing it. 2020 election and the Pandemic are just a couple of those pieces.
