Thursday (Team Schedule Update)
Today will be another early and long day for the Florida program. Wake-up calls started at 6:45 AM this morning, and players are expected to be down no later than 7:25 AM for breakfast and hydration. They spend about 30 minutes eating breakfast. Then offensive & defensive staff meetings. These guys get the blood flowing bright and early as the offense lifts while the defensive guys meet, and then they switch defensive lift while the offense meets. A quick team meeting is next around 9:45 AM with walk thru No 7 to follow immediately after. Time to fuel up with lunch and weigh in at 11:30 AM – This brings us to a full staff meeting around noon and then time for Journey/With Coach Corey Raymond. That is the first “half” of the day for the program today……Practice will once again start around 4:10 PM
