None of us and I mean none of us outside of a few like SR, KC and Heisman have any idea what the reasoning was behind the staff changes and what is the plan in place moving forward. College football was always a business and with NIL and the portal even more so.
I love that Louis Murphy replied to one of our recruits and said this is "typical at the next level". You can commit to another school and their coaches are gone the next year.
This is why kids should commit to a school and not a coach. The Swamp will always be the Swamp no matter who is our coach. The experience those kids had Saturday night will be there next year with or without certain coaches. Billy has more to lose than anyone if he makes the wrong moves. There are so many variables to keeping or letting a coach go and all we can do is sit back and watch the next few months play out.
