Obviously Billy is a guy that came in and immediately said he was going to be very patient and conservative in building this. It feels like he was given certain assurances in how long he'd be given. My questions are how his own feelings about the rebuilding job have changed after being here this long.

Is he surprised that some of the things that worked for him at Louisiana are not working here? Has that affected his confidence in his process?

With some of the decommits and likely upcoming decommits, is he himself starting to worry about this class?

Is he surprised by the fanbase reaction to how things have gone?

This isn't a post to bash him or anything, but I'm more just genuinely curious what his own internal thinking is at this stage.
