When you get thrown out of a game, you are saying I do not care about winning this game, and I do not fear my coaches and their discipline. He would not ever play another down for me! Discipline is the first component of winning in any sport. Of course each player deserves to know that before he ever plays a down? Players that played for me knew that!!!
