Ever since he’s been at Florida, he has been very slow and methodical in his decision-making with coaching hires, and that also includes in the portal.
He came to Florida with the reputation of a coach that is willing to make changes and adjustments if it’s not working. I think we can all agree that approach has not worked in the now going on three years of his tenure at Florida.
It falls in line with the other stuff we were told about him as a coach. He was said to have teams that are going to be disciplined, well conditioned, and the team has been the absolute opposite of that.
I don’t know if the pressure is getting to him. This approach is clearly not working and yet he’s still doing it.
