Instant Analysis: Florida advances in NIT with road win over Ohio State

Without center John Egbunu (thumb) for the rest of the NIT, Florida (21-14, 9-9 SEC) pieced together a valiant effort on the road in a 74-66 victory over Ohio State (21-14, 11-7 Big Ten) on Sunday afternoon in Value City Arena in Columbus, Ohio.

The Gators are now set to face either No. 1 seed Monmouth or No. 4 seed George Washington this Wednesday at a time to be determined in the third round of the NIT for a spot in Madison Square Garden. Both of those teams square off Monday night at 7 p.m. ET.
