I know this year is rough and there are no doubt concerns on the coaching front.
That said keeping this recruiting class together is the best chance we have of being relevant in the next 3 years. Consistency means something and lack of consistency means a lot.
I'm as guilty as anyone, but we need to stop changing the guy in charge and then expecting results in 2 years...it's a vicious cycle that we will struggle to get out of.
Napier isn't perfect, but he does a lot of things right!
