Which is what some reporter girl said she heard Will had bought from Complete Nutrition, then his OTC story makes sense.

Essentially what's in that bottle is a bunch of supposed natural testosterone boosters (maca root, d aspartic acid, panax ginseng, long jack) that have had mixed clinical results in slightly raising testosterone. No idea if these are banned by the NCAA, but you aren't gaining tons of muscle from these.

The compound that would be in question would be 3B-hydroxyandrost-5-en-17-one which is synthetic DHEA. DHEA is a naturally occurring steroid hormone that assists in the biosynthesis of androgen and estrogen sex steroids. I'd bet this would be on the banned list, but it's not something an athlete would look to take to gain 10-15 pounds of muscle and gain an unfair advantage. Now if this was 3B-hydroxyandrost-5-ene-17-one (which according to the label it's not) then that would be more concerning as that's a prohormone.

If you look at the info on the supplement, they don't even identify DHEA as one of the main
Ingredients.

This is all assuming this is the product Grier took that's in question. It'd explain Mac not being able to pronounce it and the OTC storyline. If this really is the product in question, a year is too harsh.
