GAINESVILLE, Fla. – After a performance that landed on ESPN SportsCenter’s March 3 Top 10 highlights, Florida’s Anya Pilgrim claims her fifth Southeastern Conference Freshman Gymnast of the Week honor.
Pilgrim earned her first collegiate 10.0 for floor exercise and upped the nation’s freshman high all-around total to 39.675 Sunday in Florida’s win at then No. 6 Kentucky. Pilgrim now has half of this season’s top-14 freshmen all-around totals. This is Pilgrim’s fourth consecutive SEC Freshman of the Week award.

Gymnast: Haleigh Bryant (LSU)
Specialist: Makenzie Wilson (Kentucky)

Competed seven times as an all-arounder this season.
