Yeah, Mullen made a couple bad calls and Grantham didn't have any answers for the nation's top offense, but beyond that, we're a well-coached team and a well-run program...with only one issue:

Tonight LSU demonstrated that they have better players than us, particularly on both lines. They also proved how important depth is in the SEC. At the skill positions, our first team guys can hang with anybody, but as the game wears on and injuries mount, our twos and threes just aren't on the level of teams like LSU, Alabama, or Clemson.
So without making this conveniently reductive, we need to recruit better. 3-Star players get you 3-Star results and although Dan can get the most out of them, we need to level up. It's gotta start on the offensive and defensive lines. We can't keep having years where we strike out on DTs or settle for linemen on offense.
Unfortunately, I think that means Dan needs to make some hard decisions on his staff and Stricklin needs to get him some more resources.
