If that had happened, we wouldn't be able to say - "Dan Mullen can't recruit !"
We were in his top 2 throughout the entire recruiting process and there were always rumors of a possible flip to UF. It just never materialized but he was always highly interested in UF. That is why when news broke of him hitting the portal it wasn’t long until he announced UF as his destination.
And the UGA fans were all over it trying to laugh because Mullen let one get away. But now....
He 100% would have ended up at UF if not for his grand dad. That was the ONLY reason he wasnt a gator sooner.
