I'd rather have a 3 star like this one, over most 4 stars and even a few 5 stars that we've had in the past. I don't really care that a recruiting service only gave him 3 stars. We'll see how he does once he gets on the field for the Gators,,, but I like him a lot already!

UA-AA competition to play in the game. The first kicker to miss twice would lose. They started at 50 yards, and after McPherson made his first attempt, Choker-commit Gabe Brkic missed. The future member of the Sooners then kicked successfully from 55 yards, as did McPherson, before Brkic missed from 58 to lose and end the competition.
~ And then strong leg but inconsistent Choker Gabe even got beat out for UA-AA backup FG kicker...
BTW, Saban (among others) unsuccessfully attempted to flip Evan away from Dan/UF.

That kicking success percentage led the nation btw...
At Kohl's, Evan was the #1 K, but he was also the #6 punter, not that we need a punter.
Tommy Townsend (replacing his NFL brother Johnny), was the #1 P coming out of HS in 2015.
Well it shouldn’t be a problem considering he’s already been at UF in the past and won 2 national titles here. He already has a good idea about the pressure.

When is the last time UT has won the East. As bad as UF has been even we managed to do that a few times recently.
