Well it's weak because the people that are getting their loans forgiven are not currently in school.
The loans are not being forgiven, they are being paid off by the Tax Payers with stolen Federal $$$.

You clearly need to improve your knowledge on this, if you plan on talking about this. The SC told them that it's unconstitutional via the law they were attempting to use. They are forgiven loans via a different law.
And maybe you need to understand the difference between a 'forgiven loan' and one that is paid (stolen from) for by the taxpayers...
