Best place to watch the Utah game in Vegas???

Due to the game moving to Thursday, I had to cancel my trip to SLC.

I’ll be in Vegas for a conference all week, staying at Resorts World. My company has rented out Allegiant Stadium for a private event Thursday so anywhere near Resorts World or the Stadium would be preferred.

I see that the Vegas Gator Club meets at a place called Aces and Ales but that looks to be just a sport bar far from the strip.

Any recommendations for bars, sports bars, restaurants, sports books or casinos are welcome.
