Alex is now leaning towards coming back even though his draft info from the NFL suggests late 3rd or 4th round and he's been tilted towards declaring up until recently. The wrist was a freak accident, and other than that he felt great this season and is confident he can be a top 5 LB in next year's draft (1st/2nd round) after a full 2017 campaign...especially with JD gone.
Feedback was that he needs to work on coverage skills for the NFL...which is interesting because he was one of the better coverage LBs coming out of HS AND has been good for UF...just hasn't had much good film here. NFL OLBs have to be very strong in coverage.
Mind still isn't made up, but that's what I was just told. If he has an insane bowl game, and his stock jumps, then this may change again (this is just my opinion).
