Rivals.com's Jamie Newberg is reporting that Jordan Hicks just told him that he will be announcing his decision now on National Signing Day live on ESPN. Newberg was also told that Ronald Powell - who is playing in the U.S. Army All-American Bowl - has postponed his decision that was scheduled to air today on ESPN because of the situation at the University of Florida.
