With just two and a half months remaining in this recruiting cycle here is an updated look at who Florida is still looking at on the offensive side of the ball.

QUARTERBACK

Committed

Jake Allen: This four-star rated passer has been solid for Florida since he made his pledge to the Gators. He has visited Florida’s campus multiple times since giving his commitment and has no plans to check out any other schools.

On the Radar

Blake Barnett: Since transferring from Alabama, Barnett is now at a junior college out west. The Gators have gauged whether there is interest from the former Rivals100 member, with him having a prior relationship with Gators offensive coordinator Doug Nussmeier. Though Florida has been in touch it’s highly unlikely that Barnett will be in Florida’s class.

RUNNING BACK

Committed

Malik Davis: This recent commitment grew up a huge fan of the Orange and Blue and pledged to the Gators only a few days after earning the offer. He took his first visit to Florida as a committed player this past weekend.

On the Radar

Bentavious Thompson: With the it not a complete slam dunk that current running back Jordan Cronkrite will return next season – Florida is looking at a possible second running back in this class. Thompson is a guy that has heard from Florida’s staff recently, and also received a visit from the Gators’ staff on the BYE week.

Anthony Davis: This is another back the Gators are keeping an eye on if a second back is needed this cycle. He is the teammate of four-star wide out James Robinson.

WIDE RECEIVER

Committed

DaQuon Green: This Rivals250 member has been committed to Florida for over a year now and has many family members that are big Gators fans. Though solid, Green plans to officially visit schools such as North Carolina, Ole Miss, Tennessee, and Michigan after the season.

Top Targets

Donovan Peoples-Jones: This five-star pass catcher took his official visit to Florida this past weekend. He’s been to Gainesville a few times in the past on his own dime as well. Michigan is seen as the team to beat, but Florida and Florida State are seen as legitimate options.

Jerry Jeudy: The Gators are still pushing to flip this five-star early enrollee. Though he is very solid to Alabama, Jeudy is looking at a few possible official visit destinations and Florida should receive one.

On the Radar

James Robinson: The Gators have been keeping Robinson warm for some time, but had coaches by his high school on the BYE week. This seems to be Florida’s most likely possibility at wide out at this time if they want him.

Henry Ruggs: The Gators hoped to have this Alabama pass catcher on campus for the LSU game, but due to weather he didn’t make the trip. Alabama, Auburn, and Florida State are also in the mix.

TIGHT END

Committed

Kemore Gamble: This four-star is looking at possibility taking some official visits to other schools, but for the most part seems very solid the Gators. He’s visited many times this fall for games and has publicly been recruiting others to join him at UF.

Zech Byrd: The Gators snagged Byrd from the state of Alabama back in late summer. Though he is still raw in some areas the Florida staff is excited about his upside.

On the Radar

Tre McKitty: The Gators seem set at the tight end position, but have still kept tabs somewhat on this Oregon Ducks commit. He’s officially visited Miami, Oregon, Florida State and Auburn this fall already and has mentioned interest in seeing Florida for an official visit as well. There is no date at this time for that visit to UF – if it even happens.

OFFENSIVE LINE

Committed

Kadeem Telfort: Though he has been committed to the Gators for over a year now, Telfort recently named a top five. The Florida staff hasn’t been too worried about losing him at this time. Miami is seen as Florida’s biggest threat – though they haven't been in contact with him as much recently. He has visits set to Kentucky and Louisville.

Top Targets

Alex Leatherwood: This Alabama commitment has been open to quite a few other schools and has taken multiple visits over the last several months. Though he is keeping the door open, Leatherwood seems very solid to the Crimson Tide. He spent the entire weekend in Gainesville last week, and could possibly return for an official visit in December – but don't get your hopes up that a flip will actually take place.

Navaughn Donaldson: Though Donaldson maintains his commitment to Miami is solid, he is planning to take all five of his allotted official visits. He took his first official visit this past weekend with a trip to Gainesville – where apparently he and his mother were blown away by what they saw and heard. Mississippi State, North Carolina, Miami, and Florida State will also get visits as well before he enrolls early.

Calvin Ashley: This four-star seemed more open to other schools before the start of the season. As for now he maintains his commitment to Auburn is very strong, but wants to take multiple official visits. Auburn, Florida, and Maryland have been mentioned as for sure official visits.

On the Radar

Tedarrell Slaton: This four-star has mentioned interest in taking an official visit to Florida, but has made no effort to visit UF unofficially despite living in-state. I wouldn’t get your hopes up here.

Andrew Thomas: The Gators dropped in on this Georgia Bulldogs commit during the BYE week. All signs as of now point towards him being very solid with UGA.

D’Marcus Hayes: This junior college big man was a guy the Florida staff went to see early in the week during their BYE. He said his top five is Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Auburn, and Louisville. He’s also mentioned an official visit to UF in December.

Kendall Randolph: The Gators are one of the few schools still in contact with this Alabama commitment. He seems very solid to the Crimson Tide.

Kai-Leon Herbert: Despite visiting UF earlier this fall, it seems Herbert has solidified his commitment to Michigan over the last several months. Florida has pushed for him some, Miami has also been looking for a flip also.

Cesar Ruiz: Though this four-star center officially visited Florida earlier this fall, it seems the Gators still have some work to do here. Michigan has been the popular pick for a while now.

Tony Gray: This Florida staff has been trying for some time now to get Gray on campus for a visit. He has been expected a few times on campus this fall, but has yet to make it down.

Stephan Zabie: This Texas four-star admits he hears from multiple members of UF’s staff. However at this time he has yet to visit Florida’s campus. He’s mentioned interest in taking an official visit to UF, but has yet to set any dates for visits to any schools.

Other Targets

Saahdiq Charles: The Gators came in with an offer to this LSU commit last month. Though LSU has fired their head coach, Charles still seems pretty solid to the Tigers. He’s mentioned interest in taking official visits to Tennessee and Florida but hasn’t set anything up.

Caleb Chandler: This Georgia three-star has been wanting to take an official visit to UF for some time now, but has yet to set up a solid date. It seems Florida will need to fully strike out with other targets before they really start their push.

Zalon’tae Hillery: This three-star has been committed to Miami for a while now, but still wants to take visits to other schools. He last visited Florida at the end of July, but has not made any plans for a return to Gainesville.

Justin Shaffer: Florida offered this Georgia Bulldogs commitment a few weeks ago. Despite the late tender from UF, he seems very solid to UGA. However he has mentioned interest in taking official visits to Florida, Georgia, and Mississippi State.
