Correct. He never publicly made racist comments. He never publicly defended racists. He never called KKK members heroes. He never insulted the intelligence of any race or called them 'dirty'. He never claimed that one race was better than another.
The great irony? Trump was a democrat for the majority of his life. He left the democratic party because he got sick of associating with racists.

I grew up in NYC, was born in Brooklyn in the 1970s and early 80s to an immigrant family. Friends across many races. I have no idea what Trump said (or didn't say) and no one will know. As many know, I am no reflexive fan of his, but try to call balls and strikes.

Anyone who supports DEI is a racist by definition, because quotas are exactly DEI racism.
The problem here is that college AMATEUR athletics was never designed to be interstate commerce. The term amateur has been bastardized by the court system. Who decided they were God? Not the Constitution. So let's assume it is now interstate commerce. Congress needs to step up and fix this bullshit. If it's now play for pay, there needs to be a contractual contract between player and university, with BOTH of them having live up to their side of a bargain. SIgn here, you wont be cut after a year when your sorry ass is dogging it. Sign here, you stay here for the remainder of your contract. No more hopping teams after a year or two for a better NIL deal. No more portal transfers unless you are released by the university, and that means if the university doesn't want you transferring to a team on their schedule, sorry pal, SOL.

I am also fine (likely different from a lot on this board), if you get to percentages that come within 50 percent of the population. For example, if Harvard has a class of 100, 50% of 10% (Blacks of slave owning origin in America) is 5%. And have that be of those students whose income are no higher than $200K year. For example, Sonny Hostin's kids need no help in getting into the Ivies.
Where DEI goes FAR astray, and we see this in corporate america is that they want to address immediately macro "imbalances" of percentages, so for example, for the NEXT college recruiting class, they take 40% black, 40% hispanic + Native American and the rest white, Asian or Indian. So, hard working white kids are fighting with Asians for the remaining 20%. That is b...(pick your term).
If the recruiting class was ensuring 5% (or one out of 20 kids), then ok, fine. Who cares.
Now, part of the reason why Blacks do not perform as well is due to the public schools and teachers unions. Why did reading and academic performance fall during Covid? Randy W. and Fauci (two white liberals) shutting down schools. (which of course they now conveniently deny) Absolutely hurt black and brown kids.
Who wanted schools open? Trump.

Guess you haven’t been paying attention because the price of your groceries and your gas has come down significantly over the last hundred days. Probably didn’t notice because the mainstream media keeps telling you it’s not true.
I am a huge fan of Trump. His leadership has been transformative in a good way bringing us back to the country that we’re supposed to be. I’d necessarily like him as a person, but that’s irrelevant.
I used to wonder how 75 million people could vote for Kamala Harris, then I read stupid post like this one and I get it. Thank God the number of intelligent people voting for Trump is about 7 million more.
How about this, I believe it, and I don’t care. I only care that he is, in terms of his leadership, bringing America back to what it was intended to be, bringing it back to a golden age. He does more positive things for every race group in America than any of the Republicans or Democrats that are part of the bureaucracy and the more he tears down the bureaucracy of the vet it’s going to be for everyone.

Gas has come down 30 cents a gallon here under Trump and 20 cents in the last month.
When it was pushing $3 a gallon on Election Day, libs told me it was fine. Now that it's about 50 cents cheaper, it's too damn high. The level of dishonesty is astounding.
