Sovereign - possessing supreme or ultimate power:
"in modern democracies the people's will is sovereign"

When the people of the 13 Colonies threw the British out in the war for independence, the Sovereign King of England passed his Sovereignty to the PEOPLE by official decree, not to any government organization.


The SOVEREIGN People and their militias were to be the counter balance to the Fed's Military, and therefore should be equivalently armed....

'Support and Defend the Constitution against ALL enemies, foreign and DOMESTIC.'
