Mike Locksley is not a good head coach. He will likely be fired in 3-4 years. He can recruit but that is about it.
Besides that real big fat dude in the late 90's or early 00's. Who has been above average for Maryland?
Conehead at Tennessee is having a hard time finding an OC. Their OC search is going like their head coach search.
It is hilarious the crap show that goes on at UT. They start off with claiming Gruden as HC and end up with Dooley, Butch, and Pork Chop. Their OC started off with Kingsbury and Freeze being mentioned and still haven't found a guy.

UT fans are the problem not the coaches or admin imo. It seems to me the majority of that fan base is delusional. How many mattresses do they have to set on fire before they realize they’re not an elite program, and borderline irrelevant.
I think they actually believe that because they had a massive temper tantrum last year during the coaching search and sprayed graffiti on some huge rock on campus, that the powers that be value their opinions. It’s absolutely hilarious how clueless they are.
How hypocritical it is to vehemently not want a coach who was simply associated with a scandal, but you’re ok with hiring a coach who allegedly may have had contact with escorts and the program he was fired from got a bowl ban for NCAA violations. smh
