QB2 - Kitna vs Miller - My Error

Depth chart showing Miller over Kitna as QB2; don't understand it.

Kitna has some game experience now; Miller has none. Miller a disaster in O&B spring game & did not participate in fall practice to any meaningful extent.

Napier refuses to admit his mistake.

My Error

– Initially, Florida's depth chart indicated quarterback Jack Miller III had returned to his spot as No. 2 on the depth chart after recovering from surgery for a thumb avulsion fracture on his throwing hand.

Florida coach Billy Napier was asked about Miller's spot on the depth chart, and he pushed back against the depth chart's indication Miller had usurped Jalen Kitna as the back-up to Anthony Richardson. “I don’t know that he’s back at No. 2, but he’s available. I don’t know who’s putting that together," Napier said of the depth chart. "I mean, Jack is cleared to participate. In an emergency, he could go out there and play, but he hasn’t been able to take reps. He’s very much still there in ramping him up so he’s used to the volume. He took another step there. It’s good. It’s really good.”

Following Napier's press conference, Florida sent out an updated depth chart with Miller listed third on the depth chart behind Kitna.
