The top 10 in the class of 2021 saw a shakeup today, with a new prospect taking over the number one spot.

Nearly all recruits on this list possess an offer from the Gators, but only a couple are viewed as realistic options for Florida in next year's cycle.

I'll drop the top 10 below and give a quick thought or two on each prospect:

10. Savion Byrd: No offer from UF, so there is nothing to see here at the moment.

9. Corey Collier: The South Florida DB had high praise for Florida after visiting the Swamp for a 7-on-7 camp in June. Although he returned for Friday Night Lights and UF could receive an official visit down the line, I see Florida State as the early frontrunner here.

8. James Williams: The top-ranked safety in the nation was supposed to attend FNL last month, but ended up going to Athens. Williams recently rattled off some of his top schools and didn't include Florida, and Georgia seems to be catching his attention early on.

7. Camar Wheaton: Possesses an offer from Dan Mullen's program, but has yet to visit Gainesville and a number of schools, such as Alabama and Texas, are ahead of Florida at this juncture.

6. Amarius Mims: Mims has UF in his top eight and is set to attend the Florida-Georgia game on Nov. 2. The Gators could ultimately be one of his top contenders as his recruitment progresses, but the Bulldogs are the strong favorites to land Mims.

5. Tommy Brockermeyer: The Fort Worth (Tx.) product spoke highly of Florida during his conversation with Corey Bender in April, but a visit has yet to materialize for him after receiving an offer in the spring. The in-state Texas Longhorns also appear to be the early favorite for Brockermeyer.

4. Jack Sawyer: Has not yet received the green light from the Gators.

3. J.T. Tuimoloau: Checked out the Swamp in the spring and had a good time on his trip, but he is another long shot target in the 2021 class.

2. Brock Vandagriff: Florida got the talented signal caller from the Peach State on campus multiple times this year. It wasn't enough, however, as Oklahoma was rewarded with a commitment from Vandagriff in June. Unless Lincoln Riley departs, Vandagriff is expected to be a Sooner in a couple of years.

1. Korey Foreman: Netted an offer from the Gators on the Fourth of July and told me that he spoke with UF commit Gervon Dexter frequently during The Opening Finals. Anything is possible, but I don't expect the West Coast defensive lineman to relocate to Gainesville when it's all said and done.
