I was a "professional tourist" from 1990 to May, 2003. Nancy's district was nothing like it is today. Alameda in East Central LA looked like Glendale compared to today's Nancy's district.

Same thing with Maxine Waters. They are both filthy rich on a $125k a year House salary, while their districts are in horrible shape.

Almost seems like something fishy's going on...
