If you have been a Gator long enough, you know that to get the information on the Ultimate Pick Up Truck Work Out, you have to talk with Crawford Ker.

Ker pulled a full-size, American, Pick Up Truck on a DIRT ROAD !

As I recall the stories, his girlfriend drove the truck along the dirt road.

But he was an OL not a RB, so thumbs up to Lorenzo !

Crawford Francis Ker (born May 5, 1962) is a former American football guard in the National Football League (NFL) for the Dallas Cowboys and Denver Broncos. He played college football at the University of Florida.

Ker became the Cowboys' highest-paid offensive lineman,[2] and started in eighty-six of the Cowboys' ninety-one regular season games from 1986 to 1990

1984 - The Gators' outstanding offensive line was called "The Great Wall of Florida," and included Ker, Phil Bromley, Lomas Brown, Billy Hinson and Jeff Zimmerman.

Jeffrey Alan Zimmerman (born January 10, 1965) is an American former college and professional football player who was an offensive lineman in the National Football League (NFL) for four seasons during the late 1980s and early 1990s. He played college football for the University of Florida, and was twice recognized as an All-American. The Dallas Cowboys selected him in the third round of the 1987 NFL Draft.

1984 - The Great Wall helped produce another school rushing record - 3 RBs rushed for 100 yards or more in a single game.

Florida led the SEC in both points scored (31 points per game) and points allowed (15.5 points per game). The balanced offense featured freshman quarterback and SEC Player of the Year Kerwin Bell, three running backs who would be NFL first round draft picks in John L. Williams, Neal Anderson, and Lorenzo Hampton, and another future first round pick in freshman wide receiver Ricky Nattiel.
