I ask this question of you as an Independent and as someone who has expressed opinions of so called right lean or left lean media in the past.
As you know, Reuters, a few days ago released a transcript of a Biden phone call to the Afghan president urging him to change the perception of events in Afghanistan, "whether true or not". This seems like a bombshell to me of a president urging another president to lie in order to let nothing interfere with an apparently locked in Aug 31 deadline. But I am biased. As an Independent, why do you think the three major broadcast networks of ABC, CBS and NBC would not cover it at all along with CNN and MSNBC. Now Chris Hayes of MSNBC mentioned it and dismissed as basically meaningless.
What is your opinion of the story itself and media coverage or actually media silence of it?

CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, NBC avoid Biden's bombshell phone call urging Afghan prez to push stability 'perception'
There appears to be a media blackout in the bombshell report of a leaked July phone call between President Biden then-Afghan President Ashraf Ghani.
