When Napier was hired and told Bond that he needed to submit a workout video in order to receive an offer, we should have known this wasn't going to work out. I thought it was so weird at the time that the new coach wasn't automatically interested in this stud receiver when he could pull tape on him from anywhere. I know that it was all part of "the process," but that process sucks and should have never been implemented here.
