When our president says things like, "I mean it" regarding things that are unquestioned, like stating that the judicial branch is a co-equal branch of government as compared to the executive and legislative branches, I can't help but wonder what he is thinking.

He does this a lot...and it often feels incredibly inappropriate. The constitution says so Joe, so I'm glad you mean it too.

He’s telling a lie or being racist every time he says “I’m not joking”.
