Gators Hit the Road for Top-10 Matchup against Maryland

COLLEGE PARK, Md. - The seventh-ranked Florida lacrosse team continues its challenging nonconference slate on Saturday, traveling to College Park, Md. to take on the No. 5 Maryland Terrapins.
Opening draw is set for 12 p.m. at the Field Hockey and Lacrosse Complex.
This is the seventh meeting between the Gators and the Terrapins, with Maryland leading the all-time series 5-1. Florida won the last matchup between the teams though, defeating the No. 1 Terrapins 15-14 in College Park to snap Maryland's 86-game home winning streak.
Florida is coming off a hard-fought loss to No. 2 North Carolina (15-11), while Maryland won its last contest against then-No. 11 Virginia (17-13).

* Maryland sits fifth in the ILWomen/IWLCA poll after starting the season 2-0 with wins over No. 11 Virginia and Saint Joseph's
