This is good stuff!

but what can we expect to happen once they reveal all this deep state activity? Will people actually go to jail?
Seems like all the guilty criminals that had been jailed for various reasons have been released. So, makes one wonder if that would be the case here too. Jailed for a week and released, or simply getting a slap on the wrist.

Let's make a bet. (one I'd love to lose). Fevered Brain and I will use BScuck's avatar for a month if Hillary is charged with a felony. (she doesn't even have to get convicted). If you lose, you have to use @bradleygator's Ole Yellertoofs avatar. Fever you in? 😂

The thing I never understood was, why would anyone other than a dem offer a ban bet where they leave the board if Durham delivers 'real justice'? That never made sense to me, that's something @BSC911 would do. And he might actually honor that bet for a change.

As far as Durham I don't think anyone has even spent a night in jail. After 3 years of his joke investigation we have one guy I think who served probation and was given community service and now we have a Clinton flunky who isn't facing much either and may end up beating the weak charge. It's a joke of an investigation as far as holding people accountable.

Not sure its a joke. Mook literally threw the witch under the bus. I just don't have any expectations of justice.

It's a joke imo so far. That isn't a big deal and wasn't illegal unless she told them to lie about their reason for going to the FBI which you will never see them claim. They are just doing their best to help Sussmann without getting a charge themselves. 3 years and all we get at this point is a shaky lying to the FBI charge and a few more names revealed.

He actually didn't. He said she approved pushing the story to the media, but they also put the blame on the media for vetting it and determining if the intel was credible.

Now if you can get a NYT reporter who, under threat of jail time, who testifies that the clinton campaign gave them this story AND TOLD THEM IT WAS ACCURATE, then you have something.

The issue I have in this thread is people commenting who haven't been following the investigation enough to even know the main pieces of it. I've been following it for 4 years now and posting updates on this board the entire time. Anyone that wants to bring themselves up to speed simply has to do a search for 'Durham' on site and it's all there.

Durham is legit. Anyone with a room temperature IQ can see that, but some miss it. The system he is working in is NOT legit, and that's why he is having to be meticulous and get his ducks in a row.

Again, he made his career on successfully prosecuting the FBI in a mob ties case. Anyone that thinks he doesn't know what he is doing here or that this is a joke investigation has no idea what they are talking about and should really keep quiet.

Priestap is as big a joke of a witness for Durham as the Clinton flunkies have been. Basically just said he doesn't remember talking with Baker about Sussmann that day and taking notes and then tells the defense that he wasn't regularly briefed on the Alpha bank stuff and that the Alpha bank stuff didnt amount to much to the FBI at the end of the day

He is legit alright - has like 400 community service hours in sentencing after 3 years.

I want to know when James Clapper and Brennan will be prosecuted for keeping this lie moving forward...even though they HAD to know the real truth.

Would be harder to make a good criminal case against them but the FBI pulling what they did with those warrants would be easy to prosecute if we had someone willing to do it.

Maybe........but Hillary could boil live children on television and the Deep State would just ignore it because she is one of them.
Pretty sure the Deep State ignored it when Durham was prosecuting an FBI agent with mob ties.

It still happened, though, didn't it?

This tweet is mainly to illustrate a point: Durham interviewed this person 17 months ago.

This stuff takes time.

Someone mentioned Brennan. Durham interviewed him I believe 4 years ago.

Given there's zero chance of getting a fair jury in DC it's highly unlikely.

If Durham has the right to ask the trial be moved I don't know why he hasn't.

Does he have grounds for moving it as it stands right now? Legally? I dunno, seems shaky at best.

Maybe that's the play here: Let the trial play out, then demonstrate that it couldn't have been a fair trial based on biased jury pool.

Maybe do that again in the next trial for another Clinton campaign flunkie.

Twice and you've got a pattern.

So when third, fourth and fifth cases come up of say.....Robbie Mook, John Podesta and hillary clinton, Durham argues that these are cases involved in the same conspiracy and we saw how the juries were tainted in DC for the first two, so let's move all future trials in this conspiracy case to a NEUTRAL location of the country away from DC.

I dunno.....if it pleases the court, say Norman, Oklahoma?

Maybe something like that is what he has in mind...

They are not about to move the venue. That request would be shot right down on any case Durham brings in DC.

You mean you don’t think the jury made up of 3 people who were donors to Hillary Clinton’s campaign, a donor who contributed to AOC, and the guy who is the rowing coach with Sussmann’s daughter on the team will give a fair verdict? Durham can try the perfect case and he still wouldn’t have a chance.

Listening to a chat now from guys who were there at the trial today. Some takeaways:

1 - Priestrap was a bad witness. Gaynor was solid. Sands was so so.

2 - Sussmann's lawyers are eviscerating the FBI. They aren't trying to counter Durham's team, they are hammering the FBI.

3 - brennan's name is briefly mentioned, I couldn't tell if they were saying he was brought up in court today, or if he was simply referenced.

4 - Witnesses apparently testified HOW EXCITED the FBI was to get the Trump-Alfa Bank BS. Everyone stunned at this admission, it points to blatant corruption because it means FBI wanted Trump to lose.

The host of the chat was there for the entire proceedings today. He said (paraphrasing) "I've always thought, there is no way they will ever do anything to obama or the higherups in the FBI. But over and over today, they kept saying 'this went straight to the 7th floor (meaning FBI leadership aka McCabe and Comey). It is obvious that we aren't talking about incompetence at the FBI, this is malfeasance. I now feel like Durham will do something about the FBI."

The donor thing wouldn't work anywhere I think unless maybe she was on trial herself. I do think some judges would have let them strike that lady though even though that wasn't known at first.

Good luck with that. We already knew what the crooks at the FBI pulled from the IG report etc. and now we have Durham after 3 years putting a Clinton flunky on trial for lying to one of the crooks. All this does is let the defense tear the govt witnesses up (witnesses who want Sussmann acquitted). I trust the guys that have been saying all along there will be no real justice for those crooks on this. I used to be pretty naive and bought into Barr's big talk but he showed he was full of it.

Chat still going. Speakers note that Durham could not get venue changed for this trial, and they speculate that Durham doesn't expect to win this case, that he is using it to get certain people to testify.

One speaker suggests that if Sussmann wins, it will be based on the FBI giving false testimony, which Durham can then use to prosecute the FBI. They speculate this could be his strategy.

Sidenote: How hilarious would it be to see fevered brain try to spin this if Durham pivots from hillary and uses it to hammer the FBI? That's precisely what he said should happen, but if Durham does it, history has shown he will then attack him over it LOL

They mention Pierchenko (sp) case will be tried in Virginia and out of the DC court system. Speakers all agree that case is much more significant and he is in much better shape with that case.

Second sidenote: I mentioned earlier that Durham had already interviewed brennan. Durham made a point of going to CIA headquarters to interview him. Brian Cates (former writer for The Epoch Times) made an interesting point: By Durham interviewing him at Langley, it mean that if brennan lied during that interview, any case Durham brought against brennan would go through the VA court system instead of DC.

Much of that is "trust the plan" sounding nonsense. This isn't setting the FBI crooks up to be charged and this will be a huge loss for Durham in reality if he doesn't get this conviction. He may charge another Clinton flunky or two before closing up shop though.

Brian Cates is just hope porn the dude has literally been wrong on all the crazy claims he made for years now. He makes Sean Hannitys old tick tock nonsense look accurate in comparison.

Here is one of Cates crazy pieces from years back when he was telling everyone crooked Rod Rosenstein (who was all in trying to take Trump down) was a good guy and that Clinton was going to get nailed for the foundation. Also Huber was going to make arrests anytime now. He blocked me on Twitter years ago for pointing things out he factually had wrong. I guess fake news gets you printed on both sides sometimes.

Durham Drops Another Bombshell, Reveals FBI Lied About Hillary Clinton-Supplied Disinformation

e1eb816f-84c6-4424-8752-19b47f57ca0f-860x475.jpg

"FBI agents probing since-debunked claims of a secret back channel between Donald Trump and a Russian bank believed that the allegations had originated with the Department of Justice — when in fact they came from Hillary Clinton campaign attorney Michael Sussmann, who had shopped them to the bureau’s then-general counsel days earlier.

In the latest revelation to emerge from Sussmann’s trial in DC federal court on a count of lying to the FBI, special counsel John Durham’s prosecutors revealed that investigators had received an electronic communication citing a referral from the DOJ “on or about” Sept. 19, 2016, the same day Sussmann met with James Baker, then the FBI’s top lawyer."

Remember what Techno Fog said last week:

Now we see the FBI not only lied, but were HAPPY TO DO SO in an effort to bury Trump's 2016 campaign.

Almost seems like this is a no-lose proposition for Durham with this case.

He can nail Sussmann, and continue down the road of burying hildabeast, or if he loses this case, the reason why will be the FBI lied to him, and then that gives him all the ammo he needs to go after them.

Plus the Pierchenko (sp) case is next, which will be out of DC, and which ropes hilabeast back into the mix.

Is it all about to come out? Real justice coming???

Of course they were the FBI literally tried to pull off an insurrection in 2017 along with that special counsel and yet they are going to walk away with hardly any criminal charges being filed except for the lowly lawyer that altered the e-mail and was charged nearly 2 years ago. Even with most of this mess already laid out for Durham years ago he has managed to bring a lying to the FBI crook charge after all this time and to try and spin a case that the FBI was duped to help prove it. Durham's only in a no lose situation personally because his job is to protect the FBI not expose it for criminal charges for all the crimes those guys committed against a sitting POTUS.

And you're just hate porn. You two are opposite sides of the same coin.

BS I speak with the facts so far if you listen to anyone like Cates on what might happen you are literally listening to "trust the plan" laughable nonsense that has turned out wrong over and over. If you listen to Cates there is a guy called Dawson something on twitter with a big following that is still convinced Comey was a white hat and that there are big arrests coming just like Cate's Rosenstein was a white hat nonsense. I guess it will take Durham officially retiring to make some people see the light finally.
