Would Dan even consider coming if Dan called? He has mostly NFL pedigree and will quickly be a NFL DC.
Bring him in as a consultant with the agreement that he can go at any time he gets an offer he likes.

Has Dan Mullen even slightly indicated that he is unhappy with Grantham as the DC or as a Gator coach?
I know that Dan and all of the rest of us are pretty unhappy with the way that the players have under-performed so far, but is that all on Grantham? (he's certainly the easy target for the loser vitriol)
IF it all falls on Grantham because he's the DC, then even bigger it all falls on Dan as the HC.

There are no jobs available right now. All staffs are full. So why not come and help us out? College money doesn't impact an NFL buyout.
I expect he will just lay low and chill out for the rest of this season. He doesn’t need money.
He had 2 stints in Seattle. One as DL coach before being a Gator coach and then a DC after being a Gator coach.
I think when he went back is when Seattle won it all and then he went to ATL. Good coach.
