Congratulations to UF alum Pam Bondi

If only she could provide influence to Gainesville and Alachua county.

Florida has done gods work….Alachua and Gainesville not so much.

I should take this to Twitter and TMB…😏

Congrats Pam and Carry on Gators!

Hey Tory, have a little class and take the pic down. Even if you don't agree with all her views she is very qualified and much better than Gaetz. She comes from a great family and is one of trumps top cabinet picks so far.
Is it really that big of a deal? She is college on some sort of organized run and having a good time. They do an underwear run at Ironman Hawaii every year and it get massive participation. If this is what prevents her confirmation, then there are way bigger issues that a picture from college.

She should be proud. She’s pretty, fit, and smart.

It’s photoshop, and not very well done.

Why? She’s 18+ there. If Matt Gaetz had posted the picture, I’d be concerned and say take it down.😂😂😂

Thread has probably descended into too much of a political discussion, but it is certainly relevant that Gator grads will be in two of the most powerful positions in the country in a couple of months. It is ok to acknowledge that regardless of party. We have had Gators in Dem cabinets as well. Carol Browner and Alan Boyd come to mind. May be others I haven't thought of.

Like why she accepted 25k from Trump to not join the Trump University lawsuits.

Can we now move this crap the to the parking lot?
It was pretty much okay until you posted this crap. This original post was about congratulating a fellow UF grad being nominated to AG.

Sorry, she's a friend and yes, it is photo shopped unless we had cell phones in the '80's!!
I have no idea if the pic is real or not, but the lack of cell phones back then doesn’t mean squat. Cameras existed. If not, all pictures of me from before cell phones must have been photo shopped by my friends and family.

I don't understand all the heartburn. Pam has always been cute but a little thick. Some guys like that. @sadgator would in a heartbeat. He likes them all, like stick figure Meg Ryan. Pam has lost a little weight since that photo anyway, and is a solid Florida citizen I am proud of. Yeah, she had a shitty moment during the Trey Trey case but that was 12 years ago. Let those without a sin cast the first stones.

About Sad, he prefers women like Laura Dern, Andrea Mitchell, Nicole Wallace and yes, Meg Ryan after her botched face lift. I still don't understand how multi millionaire celebrities can only find 3rd rate plastic surgeons.

Speaking of face lifts, when I started at Washington Mutual almost 2 decades ago, my supervisor at the time wasn't even 60 yet looked almost 80. Of course she was a chain smoker.

One day my coworker taped a pic of a wrinkled face Geronimo on her office wall. For some reason, she thought it was me. A year later she was asked why she decided to have a face lift. She claimed I always clowned her about her wrinkled face but it was my coworker who compared her to Geronimo's wrinkles. All I told her was she needed to quit smoking.

What do you do there? Sales or actuary? A friend of mine who used to live in my neighborhood used to work for Allstate (formally American Heritage) as the latter. He lives in the Miami area now and now owns a really nice yacht.

I started in the default reporting department until Chase bought out WAMU. I actually bounced around several positions at Chase for 15 years. My actual first day at WAMU a coworker asked me if I updated my resume. I said I haven't even sat on my desk for even 10 minutes when she asked me about my resume. She then told me WAMU was bailed out by the government and I believe the bailout was close to $2 billion. I said Fuchs it and hung around to see what would happen next.

I woke up one morning only to find out Chase had saved most of our asses when Jamie Dimon bought the company. Not even the WAMU execs had a clue what happened. I actually loved the loan fraud department. I was able to view some people I knew who committed loan fraud locally and nationally, but we weren't allowed to call it fraud. Our department was labeled "Loan Integrity" and I eventually became the VP/Ops manager over every "loan integrity analyst."
