At least you won’t have to worry about people wanting to move there. Ghost is representing.

U. S. 50 in NV is our country's loneliest highway. I once stopped for breakfast. A guy took my order, cooked my breakfast. I was his only customer. During my visit, he and I were the only occupants of the building.
😳

Bunny ranch 😂😂😂
Isn't that the same brothel Lamar Odom almost died at using cocaine and some ED pills?

Virginia at number 3?

LOL at nobody defending Alabama. People would even prefer to live in Mississippi. How sad is that?

We spent time in Tahoe and toured Virginia City, and also the set of Bonanza overlooking the Lake. This was back in the late 80's, and the living room of the Ponderosa was totally intact. Loved it!

Fantastic, was one of my favorite shows back in the day.
Liked it much more than Big Valley.

I just suddenly remembered going to Nevada briefly. Add that to the list of states I didn't remember I'd been to. 3 of us went snow skiing on the California side. We took the rental car just over the state border to a casino one evening. It still cracks me up, Paul Revere and the Raiders were in this little bubble playing in the center of the casino. My how the once mighty had fallen. 😂

That's horrible! When did this happen and what city was it?
Heck, I can't remember the town. Late nineties when I traveled extensively. I got in my rental and drove next door to a truck stop and dined. I just happened to be hungry for a Dairy Queen, although Texas Dairy Queen was much better at the time. Texas DQ has long since lost it's edge.

Very unfortunate and regrettable. Never experienced anything like that or heard of it, especially not in the late 90s. Sorry you had that experience.

I've met more racists on this board than I ever have in the state of Alabama.
Just wait for it. Thats if you are white. a
LOL at NY being #8..... a place rated that highly should have people flocking to it, not fleeing it.

Hate to see my native state of Ky rated so low, but I love my home state anyway.
It depends on if you want to be left alone or not.

Which ones have you met? Like is there some Klan get together I wasn’t invited to.

And LOL at Alabama not having any racists. You don’t really expect people to believe that BS, do you? You are truly delusional.

It could have been simple error. What irked me most was not filling my order.

It wasn't that long ago I was next in line at Wendy's when a young white female associate looked past me and asked 2 young cackling white women, "what will you have?" I stood there like an idiot. I went home and called Wendy's Customer Service. They offered to send me a free burger/fries coupon. I declined.

I was at Best Buy when an associate walked passed me to help a young white couple. I was there first. On the way out I told the greeter I probably had more money than anyone in the building and no one would wait on me.

I signed in at an AT&T store. I was up next. A white woman starting ranting. "I was here before him!" Turned out she didn't properly sign in. Sign in instructions were clearly posted in English and Spanish. AT&T associate asked me to step aside so they could wait on her. I left.

Stuff happens.
