FYI
Cliff Notes: myocarditis is an extremely rare and extremely self limited side effect of the vaccine that Appears to cause no long-term sequelae and no deaths. They still strongly recommend the vaccine as, “benefits greatly outweigh the risk.”

Please don’t shoot the messenger, this is coming from several medical society is representing all the experts in Healthcare.

Statement Following CDC ACIP Meeting from Nation’s Leading Doctors, Nurses and Public Health Leaders on Benefits of Vaccination

The following statement has been co-signed by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP), American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), American College of Physicians (ACP), American Heart Association, American Hospital Association (AHA), American Medical Association (AMA), American Nurses Association (ANA), American Public Health Association (APHA), Association of Public Health Laboratories, Association of State and Territorial Health Officials (ASTHO), Big Cities Health Coalition, Council of State and Territorial Epidemiologists, Infectious Diseases Society of America, and National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO):

“As physicians, nurses, public health and health care professionals, and, for many of us, parents, we understand the significant interest many Americans have in the safety of the COVID-19 vaccines, especially for younger people. Today, the CDC Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) met to discuss the latest data on reports of mild cases of inflammation of the heart muscle and surrounding tissue called myocarditis and pericarditis following COVID-19 vaccination among younger people.

“The facts are clear: this is an extremely rare side effect, and only an exceedingly small number of people will experience it after vaccination. Importantly, for the young people who do, most cases are mild, and individuals recover often on their own or with minimal treatment. In addition, we know that myocarditis and pericarditis are much more common if you get COVID-19, and the risks to the heart from COVID-19 infection can be more severe.

“The vaccines are safe and effective, and they prevent COVID-19 illness. They will help protect you and your family and keep your community safe. We strongly encourage everyone age 12 and older who are eligible to receive the vaccine under Emergency Use Authorization to get vaccinated, as the benefits of vaccination far outweigh any harm. Especially with the troubling Delta variant increasingly circulating, and more readily impacting younger people, the risks of being unvaccinated are far greater than any rare side effects from the vaccines. If you get COVID-19, you could get severely ill and be hospitalized or even die. Even if your infection is mild, you or your child could face long-term symptoms following COVID-19 infection such as neurological problems or diminished lung function.”
“We recommend getting vaccinated right away if you haven’t yet. It is the best way to protect yourself, your loved ones, your community, and to return to a more normal lifestyle safely and quickly.”

Like I’ve always said, minor inflammatory side effect, but vaccines are a personal choice as far as I’m concerned. Every vaccine has a small risk of side effects and they all have greater benefits than risk but that’s up to the individual in my opinion. Exception of course being kids but not in this case. By the way it’s only approve down to each 14 so far.

This is dated 5/10/21 doc.

There are tests being done on very young kids as we speak. Kids as young as 6 months are in trials.

This information is bogus just like the rest of the medical information found on the web, right?

Nevermind, I forgot the rules. It’s good, sound medical information if it falls in line with the narrative we like.

Oh yeah they’re testing younger than 14 but that was the youngest they’ve been approved for so far at least according to a statement released earlier today.

No this is just a statement posted from all the major medical associations in America. So it represents the opinion of the leading medical societies and organizations and government organizations in America. What you choose to do with it is up to you. If you’re not wise enough to be able to discern between this and say a web source written by one person with no medical background, well, that’s up to you.

So the treatments that are recommended by the CDC, the NIH, snd supported by much of the medical community, those good or nah? Trying to figure out which information from these same sources is good and which isn’t.

Actually the NIH was not part of this statement, which you clearly did not even bother to read, lol. Also a vaccine is not a treatment, it is a preventative measure.

Trust us, we know information is wasted on you, you don't need to prove it every time we post something, lol.

See. You are twisting things. What I am saying is…the CDC, NIH and many of the organizations you apparently approve of, have covid treatments THEY recommend. You tell us there are NO treatments. Then you post this statement from the CDC and “several” of the same organizations. You seem to support the vaccine statement. What gives? As a person that needs reliable health information, we should believe this because doc mcstuffins says to trust the CDC for vaccines, but don’t trust the CDC information on treatments. Is that your stance? Asking so that the general public knows what we should and shouldn’t trust from the CDC and medical community.

Btw. Who is “we”? Got a mouse in your pocket?
We is me and a few others on here that laugh at you in private messages because you amuse us.

I'm going to clue you into something man. I know you will find this hard to believe, but we don't care what you think about this vaccine. We never have. Get the vaccine, don't get it, don't care. You exist in an echo chamber of 4-5 people that keep telling you that you are right, and you're not, and neither are they. It's kind of a sad joke to be honest.

The statement you posted lists 12.

I love the “benefit outweighs the harm” statement.

Benefit and harm to whom?

FDA approved down to 14 unless they changed that today. Either way.

Benefits and harm to the general public. Again don’t shoot the messenger I’m just posting the statement. I don’t always agree with their statements. Still not convinced I would vaccinate anybody under the age of 30 but the theory is that will help with herd immunity. For what it’s worth.

Still won’t answer the question I see. When is the CDC information good, and when is it not doc mcstuffins? Are you still throwing Ibuprofen at patients? Maybe if you listened to the CDC on treatments, you would improve your batting average a bit.

So, according to doc mcstuffins, trust the cdc on vaccines, but not on treatments. That it?

When are you going to bump 6 weeks worth of my posts again to prove I am trying too hard? That was fantastically ironic.

Speaking of trying too hard. When are you going to say “all my friends think the same”. Oh wait, you already did that. Glad they can validate you, sounds like you need it.

I understand your frustration. I was a no vac person 100%. Every situation is different. I trust the gov as far as I can throw them.

I’m so confused.

You posted a statement that said 12. I posted a link from early May that said 12.

Am I misunderstanding or are you not reading things?

Heres the link from earlier:

Hey I may be misunderstanding. I heard something else today that said 14, it may be 12 let’s not get caught up on two years difference. I probably just missed heard something today when I heard 14 on TV. Maybe different for different vaccines to because somebody on the news today said 14.

Sorry.

I just thought the statement was interesting and consistent with what I had said earlier about inflammation related to the vaccine. Whether they give it down to 14 or 12 is not the point. And I guarantee you they’re going to try and get it down to two if they can.

No worries

I’m just struggling with the variance between what I’m reading and what you’re saying. I’m a dumb Marketing guy and you treat actual patients and have a medical degree. I agree the difference isn’t necessarily material except for the fact I have a 13YO that wants a vax due to peer pressure.

Now I totally get why you were making such a big deal between 12 verses 14. I certainly don’t wanna miss represent anything just chatting on the Internet. That’s a tough call. Extremely unlikely that they would have any problems with it, But equally extremely unlikely that they would ever get a severe case of Covid. I will tell you that new Delta variant is worse than kids and if you get both of the vaccine shots it is fairly protective against it. It’s a judgment call. The American Academy of pediatrics does recommend it.

Have you figured out why that dude is so obsessed with HCQ? Is it just because Trump was pushing it? Does he own stock in HCQ?

It’s truly weird.

If I were you the question I would ask is why is he so obsessed with french fries 🤣🤣🤣

Seriously though he’s just a ideologue and as such his thoughts or opinions are not worth too much true consideration. Other than when you’re just having fun with him. I agree with him more than I disagree with him about most things but his total inability to have a true discussion on anything unless you blindly agree with him is the essence of stupidity I suppose.

All the dudes got is personal attacks and obscure internet references. It’s fun to poke him and rile him up but he’s boring after a while.

Your “friends” are agreeing with you again. Lol. Congrats.

I get why you’re upset. I would be upset as well if I were in your shoes. The CDC should have made certain to get you the information you needed to treat patients.

Awww. Mcstuffins and cucky. BFFs.

The synergies are there though. One has attention seeking behavioral issues, and needs the board to validate his fake success, andthe other continually tells the board how much he likes trying to troll everyone. Two peas in a pod with attention seeking issues, so makes sense.

Emergency Use Authorization -- As in there is NO long term data on it's safety, or really on it's long term prevention effectiveness.

I had a heart attack about 8 years ago with a stint installed, so excuse me for not wanting to risk taking it, as is my FREE choice as to my own health and medical decisions. I did take a Kung Flu test early on to be sure that I didn't have it, and no one in my family as had it either, although all have been tested.

IF I ever show any of the symptoms, I will quickly take the PROVEN CURE for it, the HCQ cocktail.
As always, each to his/her own, but for me, an already proven cure beats the socks off of a questionable preventive.

As coronavirus cases continue to plummet across the nation, one Texas physician says she has successfully treated over 20,000 patients using the hydroxychloroquine cocktail.
(and she is certainly not alone in this, many examples are out there)

Top Health Statistics

  • Medical billing errors cost Americans $210,000,000,000 annually.
  • Roughly 12,000,000 Americans are misdiagnosed each year.
  • Medical errors cause an estimated 250,000 deaths in the United States annually.
  • As many as 80 percent of medical bills contain at least one error.
  • A little more than 4,000 surgical errors occur each year.
  • It’s estimated that 7,000 to 9,000 patients die every year from medication errors.
As you can see from our top stats, medical errors are abundant in the American health care system.

PS
The average doctor left medical school with a C average, but 100% of them demand to be paid as if they 'know it all' and as if they always know what they are doing to you....

A Johns Hopkins study released in 2016 estimated that roughly 250,000 people die annually because of medical errors. That would make medical errors the third leading cause of death in the United States, behind only heart disease and cancer.

Let that sink in....
1. Heart Disease
2. Cancer
3. Medical Errors

In the early 1900's, doctors and lawyers were paid about the same as a good finish carpenter.
So, what happened to the pay scales since then?
The AMA and the ABA happened, they are 2 of the 3 strongest (and most corrupt unions) in the nation.

Top 3 in no special order are:
The AMA (doctors)
The ABA - (lawyers)
The AFT - (teachers)

While none of them wish to be called or seen as a UNION, but they ALL whine about other unions that attempt to protect workers that have to pay those first 3.

IF carpenters functioned at the same level as doctors and hospitals do, I'd be living in a freakin' hut for safety reasons....

*stent* not stint
A stint is a measure of work time
A stent is a tubular support placed in a vessel to improve blood flow
