Articles like this fill the offseason - don't know if this one has any special merit - but controversy can be entertaining

Top 3
1) Jalen Milroe, Alabama
2) Carson Beck, Georgia
3) Quinn Ewers, Texas

Don't know much about Milroe.

Carson Beck - good enough to take Dawgs to a 13-1 record - loss to Bama In SEC title game & a close win (63-3) over the SOW in the Rose Bowl.
LOL
Also good enough to send 5* QB Brock Vandagriff packing - now with Kentucky.

Quinn Ewers good enough to keep Arch Manning on the bench - LOL - also led the Longhorns to their first-ever College Football Playoff appearance and their first conference championship since 2009.

10) Graham Mertz, Florida Gators

Much has been made of Graham Mertz’s 72.9% completion rate, which led the conference last season. However, his average depth of target was the lowest in the SEC — you’d better complete passes that close to the line of scrimmage.

I’m not buying Mertz as an elite QB, but he does keep the football out of harm’s way, as highlighted by his 20:3 TD-to-INT ratio in 2023. Head coach Billy Napier’s seat is warming up, and Mertz may not have the talent around him to avoid another disappointing season in Year 3.

Hopefully DJ can learn from Mertz and get us back to respectability.
