BLM riots are happening in white cities. Minneapolis, Portland, Seattle. BLM wants police defunded. BLM is made up of many white liberals.

Trump has steered more funds to historically black colleges than any other president. Prior to COVID-19, black American unemployment was lowest on record. Trump led criminal repeal, devastating to black America. Obama-Biden talked criminal repeal. Biden often brags about his devastating to minorities crime bill.

Many analysts see a bare minimum of 16% black vote for Trump. It could get much higher with a big black voter turn out.
