Ukraine got 2.4 Billiion in aid from the Congress & O'Blomba, with Joe Biden as the 'Point Man.'
That's 2,400 Million Dollars.....

The former Ukraine President funneled off the money to many places, including offshore dummy corporations, that then laundered it and spread it out to those that were a part of the slush fund.

When caught at it, the Ukraine President fled to Russia for protection.
The same Russia that the then head of the State Dept. sold U.S. Uranium to.
The same Russia that paid-off Bill and the Clinton Foundation.

Some of that money made it's way back to the many Demorats, including Hillbillery's campaign and to the Clinton Crime Family Foundation.

Some went to a certain Ukraine Gas Company and it's corrupt officials.

Just a few of the main characters that seem to have been beneficiaries include:
Joe & Hunter
Nancy & Paul
Bull Schiff

I would not be surprised if some also went to various persons in the FBI, DOJ, CIA, and the heads of the MSM. You can spread 2,400 Million Dollars pretty far.

Russia and China are already giving about as much as they can afford. China is funding infrastructure in third world countries and expects to create obligations from those countries.

I would say you are correct on the diagnosis Dr. What is you plan of treatment before the patient expires from this illness?

Anything short of phasing out the welfare and entitlement state is a placebo set to fail.

Wilson, FDR and LBJ will need to be repealed and all agencies phased out over time because cold turkey will cause a fatal withdrawal for the patient.

I suggest the first round of chemo involves a Convention of the States where term limits are instituted to deal this the viral load that has caused the stage 4 cancer.

Next a balanced budget amendment with a GDP cap of 18-21% must be put in place to ensure that the contagion can not re-emerge from remission.

This is just part of cutting off the blood supply to the cancer. The 16th and 17th amendments to the constitution must then be repealed with the implementation of the Fair Tax put in to place to ensure that the blood flows only to healthy (constitutional functions as enumerated) cells.

Once the cancer is cured the patient can be weaned off his addiction to easy money aka the welfare and entitlement state.

Anything short of this is the end of the constitutional republic and full blown mutation into a socialist or communist state.

I agree with much of what you propose. We know that somewhere in select countries, the $8T you reference is sitting in numbered bank accounts belonging to certain despotic strongmen. But the US spigot continues because those guys are complicit in letting certain US power brokers "wet their beaks" to use a term from Godfather II.
The Japanese economy would be trashed if they suddenly had to pay for a real defense. The Chinese would be forced to focus and spend more on defense in their own neighborhood because I guarantee you they won't ever forget what Japan did in WWII. Less Chinese "adventurism" in places like Venezuela, because the dirty little secret is that China can't afford both.
Unless every NATO "ally" starts coughing up their real fair share, like DJT is pressuring them to do - for the first time in years - his threats to rethink US involvement should lead to a pullback at the very least.
It's time to think about what we could do for our own country with what we give away every year.

End the role of being the worlds unpaid police force.
End the outflow of U.S. wealth (foreign aid) to the rest of the world.
Pass a requirement for an annual balanced Federal budget.

Replace the IRS with a 10% national sales tax.

But since we’re talking about our debt and how we’re going to pay for it, I’ll repeat that i would not have started a campaign to eliminate public debt by foregoing collection on $1.5 trillion in tax revenue without corresponding spending cuts.
