Where is it in constitution? I cant support that any more than I can support the obvious cheating being ignored by the courts and legislatures so as to avoid the conflict that WILL arise from them doing their job.

I would rather a revolt arise and the tree of liberty be watered before the sacred document is further eroded by government action.
