    Funniest thing about that article and ones when Rashada fell through was thinking Rashada ever had a real deal anywhere near that crazy figure. About all he had was some drunk dude telling him he could get it. It's why there is no court case on it because he never had a legal offer.

    All the schools need to do if the NCAA wants to play games on NIL is to make sure the staff and administration isn't directly involved with the high school recruits NIL deals. Heck some rich boosters were literally daring the NCAA to come after them on some deals so they could get the courts...

    I guess all they can really crack down on is the coaches or admin being involved with NIL deals to get high school recruits to sign. If they ever got taken to court on a booster signing an NIL deal contingent on the player being at the University I think the courts would slap that down quickly.
