People have finally recognized that Obama is not the socialist, Muslim, American hating president you thought he was.

Let consider the facts:
1 The economy is progressing nicely, unemployment is down and the stock market has hit all time highs. Not something that would typically happen under socialist leadership.
2. He hasn't taken away anyone's guns or advanced any significant gun control legislation. I remember a lot of concern about that on here.
3. While there have been a few tweaks in tax policy, there have not been the significant tax increases everyone was worried about.
4. While the national debt has continued to increase due to the wars the former administration got us into, the budget deficit has been decreasing and the number of government workers has actually declined.
5. He's kept us out of unwarranted wars, made selective strikes on key terrorist targets and made the U.S. an overall safer place.

While there have been a few minor missteps along the way, admit it righties, he's done a decent job while in office.

especially your last two.

Can't help but notice you failed to mention "Obamacare"? (Or was that just a "tweak"?)

Are the last two factually incorrect?

Of course doctors hate Obamacare, you are making less than you did before. You probably hate Medicare also but that doesn't mean its not good for society. Health care inflation is the lowest its been in quite some time, millions have insurance that couldn't get it previously, emergency rooms will be less clogged by people that really need insurance. So doctors are worse off, you'll be fine.

Obamacare has done a lot to insure people who otherwise would not have healthcare. But it has done nothing to keep the cost of healthcare down.

Then do what do you attribute the reduction in health care inflation?

Oh my. I can only say that this topic MUST have been an attempt to kick start something. Surely you cannot be serious. Shirley?

To your imagination.
Yeah, I'm not sure where I got that from. I must have made that up.

Oh, wait.

"The amount the United States spent on health care went up last year by the smallest amount since federal scorekeepers started tracking these dollars half a century ago, according to an audit issued Wednesday.

Combined spending on health care by households, businesses and the government rose 3.6 percent to $2.9 trillion in 2013,reported in the journal Health Affairs. Health care accounted for 17.4 percent of the whole economy, the same as in 2012."

US Exp. Unprecedented Slowdown in HC Spendingi

An increase is still an increase no matter how small, Horton.

How 'bout a real reduction? An aspirin at the hospital still costs $5.

Now you are just getting greedy. The only way that will happen is with absolute government control and regulation of health care. Dr. Nole would have a heart attack. You would have to get doctors, insurance companies, hospital networks, equipment makers, pharmaceutical companies, medical suppliers, etc. to accept less profits. Good luck with that.

And who is Horton? Is that from Dr. Seuss?

Great ~ health care by the cheapest, not the best....I hope YOU get a cardiologist making only $25 an hour doing your cath. And when its done by a completely government run system, there won't be any recourse by your family to get compensation for when the $25/hour dude pushes that cath out through the side of your arteries, because they'll limit wrongful death cash right off the bat, and you can't sue the federal government.

I see you've fallen for the big scare tactic perpertrated by the US medical community. The fact is, the cost of care in the US does not correlate to the value received. Do you really believe no other country provides good medical care, and for a lot less? Feel free to keep paying more for the same medicines. As long as there are people like you who keep their head in the sand we will continue to be overcharged.

And medical tort reform should be a big part of the solution.

23 executive order having to do with gun control. 23.

As to the ACA, I'm just going to leave this here: http://reason.com/blog/2015/03/24/on-obamacare-its-the-president-who-refus
