Huber Heights (Ohio) Wayne four-star quarterback Messiah deWeaver expects to talk with McElwain sometime this week and know for sure if he has an offer from the Gators or not. If they do offer, he says they will be in his top group. The connection here is that he committed to Michigan last summer when Nussmeier was their OC. A late April decision is planned with Michigan State, Kentucky, Mississippi State, Michigan, Penn State and Duke some of the other contenders here.
